Roasters Notes: Peru is relatively new to the coffee industry, with a gradually developing infrastructure. They are, however, producing world class coffee with unique profiles and a smooth cup. Even though this bean is characteristically dark in color, it is our lightest roast. The citrus notes shine in the cup with a nutty and mild chocolate finish. Ideal as a pour over.
